Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
- All our items are handcrafted so will vary slightly each time due to the handmade nature of the product.
- Delivery can take up to four weeks.
- Delivery insurance is valid for 24 hours after your receipt of the delivery. Any breakages not reported in that time will be your cost.
- Refunds are not available for personalised items
- Refunds are issued on our receipt of your order, please let us know within five days. Postage charges are not refunded.
Delivery information
- All orders have a set shipping rate of £5 within mainland UK.
- Overseas orders must enquire first for a shipping quote.
- Please allow four weeks delivery as many items are made to order. If you need your order sooner please contact us for delivery times, and it will be made sooner if possible.
