• All our items are handcrafted so will vary slightly each time due to the handmade nature of the product.
• Delivery can take up to four weeks.
• Delivery insurance is valid for 24 hours after your receipt of the delivery. Any breakages not reported in that time will be your cost. 
• Refunds are not available for personalised items
• Refunds are issued on our receipt of your order, please let us know within five days. Postage charges are not refunded.
